Our Process
How a class with Learn Quran with Hafiza actually works, from the first message to your child’s first completed surah
See How I Teach
A short look at a real class, so you know exactly what to expect before you book a trial.
The 8 Steps, From First Message to First Milestone
1. Free Discovery Chat
We start on WhatsApp, not a form. You tell me your child’s age, current level, and what worries you most about online classes, and I answer honestly, including telling you if I think a different schedule or plan would suit you better.
2. Two Free Trial Classes
You watch two real 30 minute classes before paying a single dollar. This is where you see exactly how I speak to a nervous six year old, how I correct mistakes gently, and how I keep a nine year old’s attention for the full session.
3. A Simple Starting Assessment
In the first trial class I quietly figure out where your child (or you) actually stand, not where you think you stand. Some children read Arabic letters but rush the rules. Some adults have memorized surahs by ear but cannot read them. The plan starts from the truth, not a guess.
4. A Personal Weekly Plan
Every student gets a plan built around their own pace: which surahs or Qaida pages we are covering this month, how much daily revision I am asking for at home, and a rough milestone for the next 8 to 12 weeks.
5. The Class Itself
Classes run one to one on Zoom or Google Meet, 30 minutes, camera on for the student. I share my screen with the Qaida or Quran page, read and correct in real time, and note down anything that needs extra revision.
6. Daily Practice at Home
I give a small, specific homework task after every class, not a vague ‘practice more’. Usually it is one page, one rule, or one surah to revise, so a parent without any Quran background can still check it is done.
7. Weekly Progress Update
At the end of each week I send a short WhatsApp update: what we covered, how it went, and what we are focusing on next. You always know where your child stands without having to ask.
8. Milestones and Moving Forward
When a stage is finished, such as completing Noorani Qaida or memorizing a set of short surahs, I mark it clearly and we agree on the next stage together, whether that is moving into Tajweed, starting Hifz, or simply adding more surahs to review.
